The 21-year-old England ace is being tracked by Europe’s elite, including Real Madrid.

Pakistan executes four ‘hardcore’ terrorists


Pakistani army said four “hardcore” terrorists involved in “committing heinous offenses relating to terrorism,” were hanged on Tuesday.
An army statement said the terrorists were convicted on the charges of killing innocent civilians, attacking Pakistani armed forces and law enforcement agencies.
The terrorists were tried by military courts and were executed at a prison in northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Two security guards docked for stealing employer’s N3.5m bus


Two security guards, Mohammed Alli and Cletus Imuzogbe, who allegedly stole their employer’s bus valued at N3.5million, were on Tuesday charged before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.
Alli, 38, and Imuzogbe, 68, are facing a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy and stealing.
The prosecutor, Insp. Ezekiel Ayorinde, said that the accused committed the offences with some others still at large on April 9, at College Road, Ifako-Ijaiye, Agege, and Lagos.

Singer/beautiful wife of Jay Z, Beyoncé is celebrating the one-year anniversary of Lemonade, her award-winning visual album, by launching a scholarship program for young women. She said this on her website Tuesday.

The Formation Scholars program will kick off in time for the 2017-2018 academic year “to encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious, and confident.”

Man kills daughter, commits suicide on Facebook Live


A Thai man filmed himself killing his baby daughter on Facebook Live, before taking his own life, Thai police say. The 21-year-old hanged his daughter, and then himself, at a deserted hotel in Phuket on Monday, reportedly after an argument with his wife.


Facebook sent condolences to the family for the "appalling" incident and said that the content had now been removed.

Police arrest 11 kidnap suspects in Port Harcourt


Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT) has arrested 11 kidnap suspects in Port Harcourt.
The suspects included Anthony Pepple, who is also known as “Urban Gorilla” and a suspected member of Niger Delta Avenger, a militant group in the Niger Delta.

NDLEA arrests drug traffickers in police uniform


The National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested two suspected drug traffickers who posed as police officers in Nasarawa area of Kano metropolis.
Kano State Commandant of NDLEA, Alhaji Hamza Umar, told newsmen in Kano on Tuesday that the suspects were arrested in a brand new escort vehicle with police colour, siren, and pilot plate number and in possession of two police caps.

Man gets N250,000 bail for stealing N62, 000 chicken


An Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court sitting in Isabo on Tuesday slammed a N250, 000 bails on a 22-year-old man, Sulaimon Ajo, charged with stealing domestic fowls valued at N62, 000.

The Magistrate, Mrs Oriyomi Sofowora, who gave the ruling, also granted the accused two reliable sureties in like sum.

18-year-old alleged prostitute, nurse, 2 others arrested in Katsina for selling 4 months old baby for N200,000


The Katsina State Police Command has arrested four people for allegedly selling a four months old baby at the cost of N200,000.

The suspects includes a senior nurse with the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), the 18-year-old biological mother of the boy and alleged prostitute, Aisha Idris, one Hauwa Ibrahim, 32, of Kofar Kaura and Mrs Grace Ohuhu, of Uba-Kala town, Abia state.

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 32-year-old driver for allegedly stealing his company’s car.

The suspect, Ibrahim Hassan, confessed to have stolen the car because his company refused to grant his request for a loan. He explained that the loan was to enable him take care of his sick mother’s medical bill.

Court Sentences 4 To Death For Motorcycle Theft


An Osun High Court on Tuesday in Osogbo sentenced four persons to death for conspiracy and armed robbery.

The convicts, Joseph Moses, 24, Samuel Job, 19, Gideon Ode, 25, and Daniel Abraham, 24, were brought to the court on a four-count of armed robbery and conspiracy.

The prosecutor, Mrs Abdulrahman Temitope, had told the court that the convicts committed the offense on Oct. 14, 2013, at about 8:00 pm along Kajola expressway in Osogbo.

FG to buy 20 aircraft for aviation college


The Federal Government is to buy 20 aircraft to equip Nigeria College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) Zaria and make it a centre of excellence.
Mr. Hadi Sirika, Minister of State for Aviation, confirmed on Monday in Abuja that NCAT had also taken delivery of a brand new Diamond DA24NG.
The minister, who launched the new aircraft in Zaria said that the aircraft would improve the training capacity of the college.

LVMH to buy Christian Dior Couture for €6.5bn


The world’s top luxury company LVMH said Tuesday it plans to buy Christian Dior Couture, a wholly-owned unit of Christian Dior SA, for 6.5 billion euros ($7.0 billion).
