Some players tried to bribe me to pick them for Super Eagles – Rohr

Head coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that he rejected bribes from agents of players, who are desperate to play for the Super Eagles.
Ade Ojeikere of Sportinglife reports the manager made the statement on Friday morning through one of his aides.
Rohr insists that only the best Nigerian players will be called up to the squad.
“Rohr recognises the mistakes made by the largely inexperienced side. He knows how to come out of it, but he wouldn’t want to divulge ‎his strategy since the world is a global village.
“Our next game is against Cameroon and happily they are busy in the Confederations Cup, which give us enough time to watch them,” Rohr’s aide said.
