Toure to leave Man City unless he is given playing guarantees

Ivory Coast legend Yaya Toure will leave Manchester City for another Premier League club if he is not guaranteed a regular playing role.
The Sun reports that Toure, whose current contract with Manchester City expires at the end of the season, is ready to reject a new deal from the club.

The veteran midfielder will only remain at the Etihad Stadium if he is given playing guarantees.
This could open the door for other Premier league clubs to sign Toure up, with West Ham United said to be interested in bringing both the Ivorian and his current City teammate Pablo Zabaleta to the London Stadium.
Crystal Palace – who already have compatriot Wilfried Zaha on their books – as well as promoted duo Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion also have Toure on their radar.
The former Elephants skipper is set to mark a path forward with agent Dimitri Seluk, but his City future will depend on whether manager Pep Guardiola intends on using the player as a mainstay in his line-up or as a backup.
