Arsene Wenger reportedly reaches special agreement with Arsenal's board

Arsene Wenger has agreed to stay on at Arsenal for one more season, according to reports.
The Sunday Express claims that a two-year deal was on the table but the 67-year-old has committed to a contract which will keep him at the club for another campaign.

Following the 3-1 defeat to West Brom, Wenger indicated that he has already decided his future but refused to elaborate if that meant he will call time on his 21-year reign.
‘I know what I will do,’ he said. ‘You will soon know.’

The defeat to West Brom sees Arsenal in one of their worst runs of Wenger’s era, with six defeats in their last nine outings.
