A teenager accused of shooting another teen dead reportedly took a selfie with the dead body before sending it to a friend.
Maxwell Morton, 16, from Pennsylvania has been charged with the homicide of Ryan Mangan, also 16, whose body was discovered in his home on Wednesday.
Police were alerted to the alleged shooter after a mother discovered the photo of a Ryan’s body on her son’s phone.
The image was reportedly accompanied with a text message reading: ‘Told you I cleaned up the shells. Ryan was not the last one.’
The coroners office would not release any further information regarding the shooting or the type of weapon used.
According to wpxi.com Morton confessed to the murder when confronted with the photo by police officers.
